Our story
We are sisters, best friends, and now business partners. We wanted to venture out and try something of our own, so we started making sugar scrubs, and we are learning how to build a real business along the way.
It was a slow weekend and we were bored, so we raided the kitchen: cane sugar, olive oil, and a few drops of our favorite essential oil. We mixed, we tested, we made a mess. But when we tried it, our hands felt softer than they ever had. We gave jars to our family and our friends, and everyone kept asking for more.
That is when we realized we might have something. We named it after the two of us, Two Sisters Sugar Co., and we have been mixing batches at the kitchen table ever since.
Here is the part we are proudest of: this is a real business, and we are learning to run it ourselves. We make every batch, we figured out our own prices, we pack the orders, we answer the messages, and we keep track of the money. It is a lot of work, and we love every bit of it.
Starting something at our age is a little scary and a lot exciting. Every order teaches us something new about making a great product and taking care of the people who buy it. When you support us, you are not just buying a scrub, you are helping two young entrepreneurs chase a big dream and learn how to build something real. That means everything to us.
We make it fresh, in small amounts, so every jar is at its best.
